Edda

Table & Standing lamp

Edda is a functional family of lights which stand out through contrasting materials. The big shade is a distorted cone which looks slender in the side view but still has a large, round opening that provides a wide beam to lighten a table evenly. Edda is made of hand-bent, painted steel and houses most commercially available LED or CFL bulbs invisibly. The concrete base provides stability and creates an optically and tactilely unfamiliar character in the working or living space.

  • Material: Painted steel, concrete, textile cable
